Terms of Service

This document is generic boilerplate for ROTRA and does not constitute legal advice. Replace placeholders (marked below) and have qualified counsel review before relying on it in production.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ROTRA’s websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who may use the Services
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and authentication
You may be required to create or connect an account, including through third-party sign-in (such as social login provided by our authentication partner). You are responsible for account activity under your credentials and for keeping your login information confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable law or others’ rights;
- interfere with, disrupt, or burden the Services or underlying systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or circumvent security;
- upload malware or harmful content;
- harass, abuse, or harm other users;
- use the Services to distribute spam or misleading information; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
Club owners, que masters, and other roles may have additional responsibilities consistent with community safety and fair play.
5. User content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by ROTRA or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services as expressly permitted here, no rights are granted.
7. Third-party services and links
The Services may integrate or link to third-party services. Their use is subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy policies.
8. Beta, waitlist, and changes
Features may be labeled beta, preview, or early access and can change or end without notice. We may modify the Services or these Terms; material changes may be communicated as we deem appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROTRA and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or [insert monetary cap placeholder — e.g. USD 100], except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify ROTRA and its affiliates, directors, and employees against third-party claims and costs arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes

14. General
